The Walking Dead official webstore struggled to sell higher-priced exclusive guitars ($300-$700), as their consumer’s average purchase intent was around $30. Increased response rate to email campaign through new copy including the slogan “Grab a new axe and shred the dead!” and rewrote all product descriptions in a branded voice. All three limited-edition guitars sold out.
